Concrete Mixes
WET CAST
Wet cast is conventional concrete.  Meaning, cement, aggregate, and water mixed together to form a solid conducive mix.  In precast applications it is cast at out studio face down on a casting table.  Later it is flipped and polished.  In cast-in-place method it is cast on top of installed cabinets in a home or business with a troweled finish look.  There is no polishing or grinding on a cast-in-place top.  Both of these applications are solid concrete no thinner than 1 1/2".

CERAMIC CEMENT
Ceramic Cements are the GREENEST OF THE GREEN with NO portland in the mix.  Ceramic Cements actually absorb CO2 from the air for an estimated 100 years.  With strengths over 10,000 psi and so health friendly you could eat it in a raw form (we do not suggest it), who wouldn't want it?  Ceramic Cements do carry a higher cost, however it is non-toxic, incredible strength, and also has no need of wet curing.  Comparative looks to wet cast, strength of GFRC and as healthy as it gets, whats not to like. Ceramic cements  have been used in the dental field as well as used to attach ligaments back to bone, and also used to create bone replacements.

GFRC
GFRC is Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete.  Gfrc is cast hollow 90% of the time.  Even though most slabs are 3/4" thick  they can give the appearance of being 4" thick with a built up face.  GFRC is extremely strong and light. Typically GFRC weighs 8.5 lb. per square foot compared to wet cast at 20+ lb per square foot.  The flexural strength of GFRC is what makes it so special.  It can be cast 5' by 10', 3/4" thick and be carried flat by 2 men, a feat not possible of conventional Wet cast.  The reinforcing glass fiber in the mix is what makes this all possible.  Even though the fiber is not seen the flexural strength of this mix is over 4 times that of wet cast
SEALER
Our sealer is a system consisting of a conditioning lithium and reactive sealer.  Our sealer is the lowest VOC rating possible and non-toxic.  Our sealer has the same VOC rating as WATER (less than 10 ppm).  When properly applied it has been compared to stainless steel quality.  We believe whole heartedly in this reactive sealer so much that it is the only one we offer.  Other may be considered but we suggest against it.
